  Watch together 1.1.1

  • CI (Windows): fetch git dependencies fresh; the host's cached fox_utils clone was stale
  • fox_utils 0.1.9: fixes the Windows build (broken since 1.0.1)
  • CI: show the verbose Windows build's error lines and tail
  • CI: capture the verbose Windows build through cmd (PowerShell 'Stop' aborted on stderr)
