Restructure step R: the app is Starsync (dev.foxyz.starsync)
ci / core (push) Successful in 31s
ci / server (push) Successful in 1m3s
ci / updater-windows (push) Successful in 6m6s

- Linux app id dev.foxyz.starsync, binary starsync; Windows starsync.exe,
company foxyz; server starsync-server; Dart package starsync; archives
  starsync-<ver>-*.
- 1.2.x compatibility: watch_together and watch-together-server
launchers (Linux) / copies (Windows) in the archive; the updater
accepts both names and relaunches the new binary; update.sh/.bat use
  whichever server exists.
- First start copies (never moves) the old support folder and this
app's Hive boxes out of ~/Documents into <support>/hive; a marker
makes it run once; AppDirs is a port; settings schema version with
  ordered migrations.
- Launcher entry dev.foxyz.starsync.desktop; the old one removed.
- Repository name and URLs unchanged.

Why not Jellyfin SyncPlay: it runs in the browser and its sync is poor.
This is a desktop app that drives mpv.
Name: `watch-together` is a placeholder and the final name is undecided
(`sync-relay` is the working name). It appears in file names and the
update manifest until that is settled.
Up to 1.2.x the app was called `watch_together` (its files
`watch-together-*`); the repository and the update manifest keep their old
addresses for now.
- Desktop only (Linux and Windows), always mpv. No web clients.
- No transcoding. Everyone plays the original file.

The folder also holds `watch_together(.exe)` and
`watch-together-server(.exe)`, the names up to 1.2.x: they start the new
programs, so an update from 1.2.x restarts fine and old shortcuts and
service files keep working.
Your data (settings, sign-ins, folders, logs, yt-dlp and its cookies) lives
in `~/.local/share/dev.foxyz.starsync` on Linux and
`%APPDATA%\foxyz\Starsync` on Windows. The first start after 1.2.x copies
it over from the old places (`~/.local/share/moe.senkochan.watch_together`
or `%APPDATA%\com.example\watch_together`, and the app's files in your
Documents folder) and leaves the originals where they were.
Update from the app: the app looks for a new version at start and every
few hours, and when one exists a band across the top of the window says so
(never over a playing video). "Update and restart" downloads,
verifies, applies in place and restarts; "Later" hides it until the next
check; the install folder must be writable by you. The version you run is
under the Settings tab. Settings has Check now and an auto-check toggle. From a terminal:
