# Project TX Rewrite - Super Stable VR Ragdoll Body! (LhbmofaHkIk, 416s)

[Music] it's me NIM Sonny welcome back to another video our video this video is very simple one pretty simple and quick I keep saying quick and then it ends up being seven or eight minutes which is probably what this video will be I just wanted to sort of make a quick test video of my of my new rewritten project TX every present system so yeah so this is the new rewritten one not all complete as you can see the legs are a bit jumpy and the elbows but other than that it's pretty good the grubs I haven't rewritten at all but they do have much more balance to them now because of the way that the hands are super nice and soft yeah it's much much better now compared to before now one of the things that I really have been working hard on is making sure that the climbing and everything is as balanced and soft as possible so something for example like this box here which is nice and easily liftable without any wobble is pretty easy you click I slipped off it's pretty easy climb on top of without having to do all the little work all the problems and no bounciness and you can see here as well the actual I K or animation logic because of course this is all rag doll it's all pretty cool and then of course we have here heavier objects so for example this broom here I made it much heavier than the other one you can see here a lot less bouncy then it could be nice and balanced nice and nice yep is that everything is nice and easy to work with I just want it to be as soft and and feel like it's not really a rag doll which is pretty much the intent of all of this it should never feel like a rag doll yeah it should always be just a sort of nice and balanced system have a feeling like a rag doll the other thing as well is that the actual camera that you're looking through is actually a physics Collider as well so I can actually hang the broom on high five on your face high five on your face I can actually climb on the camera actually if I right yeah climbing on the camera yeah the other thing is well making sure that the body structure actually stands on objects nice and easily something that I got quite right as well before actually did most of this stuff a little a long while ago really but the balance and stuff right back in like 26 2017 sorry when I was doing so of the earlier version like the old Walker motion demo if you haven't played that you try it out I do apologize the locomotion is terrible in that I'm so glad I changed the name as well I did I find it difficult to say now yeah hybrid locomotion hybrid presence super easy in comparison to war commotion it was just a frustrating name and it was very frustrating just having the head Bob just to even move like this I mean it's horrible yeah I admit it it's horrible you make mistakes and then they get better everything gets better now I've got a super system much better than before and yeah that's pretty much it really I I'll still be making videos every week I kind of want to make and every Sunday thing now hey yeah I'm probably gonna use it Sunday to make a video every week so hopefully I'll get something cool for next week maybe I'll have the grab system so it out and get the finger control nice and cool and then give you a nice VR video or I might even get a demo out I'm really hoping to try and get the demo of this out there's everything so much more stable now I feel like it's coming to a point where people can actually use it you can actually things like standing on top of something like this it's not wobbling all over the place it's amazing I can't believe it I did used to wobble like man if you try the cross-platform demo which is the back end for this system yeah where you've got physics hands as well but they're not actually hands it's just the controllers and you can change them that one and you stand a stand on top of a sphere in no one it just rattles constantly yeah I've been trying to work on getting just everything working properly but that's pretty much it baby those work nice in the world if stepping up objects nice and easy climbing up them very easy and jump enough SuperDuper easy as well thanks very much for watching I'll have you something fun for next week I do apologize this one was a static camera I mean not doing much I just wanted to make sure that this system actually feels good on camera as well because that was the old way that was the aim always take to make it look and feel like a an actual human body which is what I'm what the whole aim was when I started working on VR in fact before I started working on VR I started doing this stuff my original physics based hand system was actually me just moving a mouse on screen and having the object tracking pepper properly so yeah preview I was planning to get this to happen but yeah thanks very much for watching this video you [Music]
